Privacy Policy

1. Our Commitment

Juner Health, Inc. ("Juner", "we", "us") is built on a foundation of privacy. Your health data is yours. We designed Juner so that your identity remains anonymous in all community interactions, your health information is never sold or shared with third parties, and you have full control over your data at all times.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address, first name, last name, date of birth, and gender. Your name is private and never displayed publicly.

Health Profile Data: Reproductive health history, screening dates, family health history, medications, lifestyle factors, and other health information you choose to provide through our assessment and chat features.

Conversation Data: Messages exchanged with Juner AI, including health insights extracted to improve your personalized experience.

Community Activity: Posts and replies in Rooms are associated with your anonymous handle, not your real identity.

Usage Data: Device type, browser, and general interaction patterns to improve the Service. We do not track your location unless you explicitly use the "Find Care Near Me" feature.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Generate your personalized screening timeline based on CDC, ACOG, and USPSTF guidelines
• Provide contextual, personalized health conversations through Juner AI
• Send screening reminders and health check-ins (with your permission)
• Improve our health algorithms and AI responses
• Detect and prevent abuse of community features

4. What We Never Do

• Sell your health data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party
• Share your identity in community features (Rooms are anonymous by design)
• Use your health data for targeted advertising
• Provide your data to insurance companies or employers
• Store your data without encryption

5. Data Security

Your health data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use Supabase for data storage with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring you can only access your own data. Our infrastructure is hosted in SOC 2 compliant data centers.

6. AI & Conversations

Juner AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) processes your messages to provide personalized health guidance. Conversations are stored to maintain continuity and improve your experience. Insights extracted from conversations (e.g., health conditions mentioned) are stored locally to your profile and used only to personalize your experience. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Anthropic: AI conversation processing
• Stripe: Payment processing (we never see your full card number)
• Vercel: Application hosting
• Google Maps: Provider finder (only when you use "Find Care Near Me")

Each provider has their own privacy policy and we select partners with strong privacy practices.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data we have about you (Settings → Download my data)
• Export: Download your complete health profile as JSON at any time
• Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete Account)
• Correct: Update your health profile and personal information at any time
• Opt out: Disable notifications, email, and SMS communications

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated health statistics may be retained for research and service improvement purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

Juner is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
